Royalty Recovery
Each year $1 billion dollars in royalties gets unpaid and claimed by wrongful rights holders
Every day over 100,000 tracks are distributed to the major music services and over 5 million videos containing music are uploaded to content sharing sites like YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
Neither social media sites nor the DSPs have protective digital rights management systems preventing unauthorized and fraudulent use of music.
It is up to each label and publisher to police the 90 million tracks now living on Spotify and Apple Music, and the billions of hours of video on UGC sites to locate the unauthorized and fraudulent uses of their catalog.

$400 Million in Unclaimed Mechanical Royalties
The Mechanical Licensing Collective (MLC) is the US organization responsible for collecting and distributing mechanical royalties to publishers on behalf of digital service providers like Spotify, Apple, YouTube, SoundCloud, Tidal, Deezer, and others.
There are billions of unmatched recordings representing over $400 million in unpaid and unclaimed royalties. These recordings are missing some, or all, of the information necessary to identify the publisher associated with the work.
The larger US publishers have deployed teams of people and third party services to find and collect their share, over $100 million. Much of the remaining $400 million belongs to small and mid size publishers.
